Sunflower honey contains a lot of carbohydrates, mainly glucose and fructose. However, it is distinguished by a negligible amount of sucrose.
The organic acids, flavonoids and enzymes it contains make sunflower honey characterized by quite strong antibiotic, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. Supports the work of the liver and kidneys. Sunflower honeys from Spain contain the highest concentration of beneficial compounds.
This is one of the rarest types of natural honey. Obtained from sunflower nectar, which – due to the size of its flowers – has large amounts of pollen. Honey crystallizes fairly quickly, but remains soft. It easily dissolves in water and is easy to spread. Our sunflower honey does not contain dyes or other additives.

It has a rather intense yellow color and a very delicate flavor, quite unusual for honey.
A typical package is a barrel weighing 290 kg, but we are happy to adapt to customer needs.
